All online and phone sales are final. No returns, exchanges or refunds. If a patient is in surgery and has not been assigned a room, we will deliver at the earliest opportunity after the patient has been assigned to a room. Before we process the order, we will check to make sure the patient has not been discharged or is unlisted. If for any reaon the order can not be delivered you will be notified by phone or email and your credit card will not be charged.
